Returns / Exchange Request

You have 14 days to let us know if you are returning your purchase, and have a further 14 days from informing us to return the goods to the address below.
Once we receive the item please allow 10 days for the return to be processed. The refund will be made to the original card that was used to place the order.

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been made to order, or items which have been customised in any way; this includes re-sizing and engraving. In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on earrings. Items that have been specially ordered are also unable to be refunded.
This refund policy applies to online orders only. This does not affect your statutory rights in any way.

How to return your item(s)

We recommend that you send your item fully insured by Royal Mail. Make sure the unworn item has the all the original packaging and tags along with a copy of the original invoice receipt. Send back to the following address:

Please note, returns are subject to inspection and will only be accepted for exchange or refund if the item is returned unworn, undamaged and in new condition.

Order Refund / Cancellation

By Clicking on SUBMIT button above you are providing your consent that you have read and understand details listed here: We will review your request and get back to you, All information requested in the form is Required and should not be missed. Your Returns / Exchange Request is only processed if you have dispatched the item to the returns address and have included the tracking number. We are unable to trace your order if you have not posted it as Trackable Delivery via Royal Mail. Once we have received your item in satisfactory condition we will process your refund in 15 working days of receiving the item back. NOTE : Personalised, Bespoke, Engraved items cannot be cancelled or refunded. If your item was on finance and you have returned your item cancellation on finance orders and finance agreement can take up to 30 working days.
